Terms of Service

BridgePharmacist ("we", "us") provides digital educational materials for pharmacists preparing for the Pharmacist Qualifying Examination Part II (OSCE) administered by the Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada. By purchasing or using BridgePharmacist you agree to these terms.

Your licence

• All-Access grants one person access to the platform — book, audio, practice stations, mock exams, tools, and included AI practice minutes — for 6 months from purchase.
• Your access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing your access key or account is a breach of these terms and may result in termination without refund.
• Downloadable tools (PDFs, flashcards) are licensed for your personal study use only. All materials are protected by copyright; reproduction, redistribution, resale, or posting to any public or shared repository is prohibited.

Educational purpose only

• BridgePharmacist is an independent educational resource. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada (PEBC), NAPRA, or any provincial regulatory authority.
• Content — including practice cases, model answers, and AI-generated feedback — is for exam preparation and study. It is not medical advice, not clinical guidance for patient care, and should never substitute for current references and professional judgment in practice.
• We make no guarantee of examination results. Practice cases are original fictional scenarios; any resemblance to actual examination content is coincidental.

AI features

• All-Access includes a set allocation of AI practice-patient voice minutes; additional minutes can be purchased. AI conversations are processed by our voice-AI provider to deliver the feature.
• AI-generated feedback is automated and educational; it may contain errors and is not a professional assessment.

General

• Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy LLC as merchant of record; applicable taxes are handled at checkout.
• We may update content and features during your access period — improvements are included.

Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. If BridgePharmacist is not right for you, contact hello@bridgepharmacist.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full, provided your usage has been exploratory rather than substantial (as a guide: less than 20% of the content accessed and fewer than 30 AI minutes used). Refunds are processed to the original payment method via Lemon Squeezy. AI minute top-ups are refundable only if unused.

Privacy Policy

We collect the minimum needed to run the product, in line with Canada's PIPEDA.

• What we collect: your email and purchase details (processed and stored by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record — we receive your email and order status, never your card details); your access key activations; and, if you use the AI patient, the audio/transcript of that practice conversation, processed by our voice-AI provider to run the feature and generate your feedback.
• What stays on your device: your practice log, scores, mock-exam history, and reading position are stored locally in your browser/app — we do not upload them.
• What we don't do: no advertising, no sale of personal information, no third-party analytics trackers on the app.
• Retention & rights: purchase records are kept as required for tax/accounting. You may request access to or deletion of your personal information at hello@bridgepharmacist.com.
• Providers: Cloudflare (hosting/CDN), Lemon Squeezy (payments, merchant of record), ElevenLabs (voice AI). Each processes only what is needed for its function.
