Terms of Service

BridgePharmacist is operated by Zonive Innovations of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada ("we", "us" — contact: hello@bridgepharmacist.com). We provide digital educational materials for pharmacists preparing for the Pharmacist Qualifying Examination Part II (OSCE) administered by the Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada. By purchasing or using BridgePharmacist you agree to these terms.

Your licence

• All-Access grants one person access to the platform — book, audio, practice stations, mock exams, tools, and included AI practice minutes — for 6 months from purchase.
• One free extension: if your booked exam sitting or its results date falls after your 6-month window, email us before your access expires with your booking confirmation and we will extend your access once, free, to your results day (up to 90 additional days).
• Your access is personal and non-transferable: activate it on your own personal devices. Your practice log and progress are stored locally on each device (clearing browser data erases that device's log, never your licence — a new device just needs your key again).
• Sharing your access key is a breach of these terms and may result in suspension or termination, subject to applicable consumer protection law. If an activation is flagged in error (a new phone, a cleared browser), email us — we review before any permanent termination, and honest mistakes are fixed by reactivation.
• Downloadable tools (PDFs, flashcards) are licensed for your personal study use only. All materials are protected by copyright; reproduction, redistribution, resale, or posting to any public or shared repository is prohibited.

Educational purpose only

• BridgePharmacist is an independent educational resource. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada (PEBC), NAPRA, or any provincial regulatory authority.
• Content — including practice cases, model answers, and AI-generated feedback — is for exam preparation and study. It is not medical advice, not clinical guidance for patient care, and should never substitute for current references and professional judgment in practice.
• We make no guarantee of examination results. Practice cases are original fictional scenarios; any resemblance to actual examination content is coincidental.

AI features

• All-Access includes a set allocation of AI practice voice minutes; additional minutes can be purchased. Minutes are metered on live conversation time only — connecting, setting up, and reading your feedback afterward use no minutes. If a session fails for technical reasons, email us and we will credit the lost minutes.
• AI conversations are processed by our voice-AI provider to deliver the feature (see Privacy below).
• AI-generated feedback is automated and educational; it may contain errors, is not a professional assessment, and does not predict PEBC examination performance.

General

• Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy LLC as merchant of record; applicable taxes are handled at checkout.
• We may update content and features during your access period — improvements are included.
• These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Contact: hello@bridgepharmacist.com.

Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. If BridgePharmacist is not right for you, contact hello@bridgepharmacist.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full, provided fewer than 30 AI voice minutes have been used — the one usage measure our servers meter (your reading and practice stay on your device, and we don't track them). Refunds are processed to the original payment method via Lemon Squeezy. AI minute top-ups are refundable only if unused.

Privacy Policy

We collect the minimum needed to run the product, in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy law — Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and, where it applies, the federal PIPEDA.

• What we collect: your email and purchase details (processed and stored by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record — we receive your email and order status, never your card details); your access-key activations (key, activation timestamps, and a device identifier, used to operate the licence); standard technical logs generated when you use the site (IP address, browser type, request timestamps), processed by Cloudflare to serve and secure it and retained briefly for security; and, if you use the AI patient, the audio and transcript of that practice conversation.
• AI conversations: practice audio and transcripts are processed and stored by ElevenLabs Inc. in the United States to run the feature and generate your feedback, and are retained under the provider's data policies unless deleted earlier — email us to request deletion of your conversation data. Your browser asks for microphone permission before any session, and nothing records outside an active session.
• What stays on your device: your practice log, scores, mock-exam history, and reading position are stored locally in your browser/app — we do not upload or track them.
• What we don't do: no advertising, no sale of personal information, no third-party analytics trackers on the app.
• Where your information goes: our providers — Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting/CDN/security), Lemon Squeezy LLC (payments, merchant of record), and ElevenLabs Inc. (voice AI) — process information in the United States, where it may be subject to US law. Each processes only what its function requires. Questions about our providers: hello@bridgepharmacist.com.
• Retention & your rights: purchase records are kept as required for tax and accounting; activation and security logs are kept only as long as needed. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or withdraw consent (which may end features that depend on it), by writing to our Privacy Officer at hello@bridgepharmacist.com — we respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
